GPT-6 Astra Earns OpenAI's First "Critical" Cyber Rating: OpenAI's GPT-6 Astra just became the first model the company has classified as hitting a "Critical" cybersecurity threshold, after internal testers say it independently found unknown vulnerabilities and chained them into working exploits without human guidance. It scored 100% on ExploitBench versus 78.5% for GPT-5.6 Sol. Advanced hacking access stays locked behind Astra's vetted "Daybreak" program; the public version refuses those requests by default. Why it Matters:
A "Critical" rating is a first for OpenAI: Astra can reportedly chain novel exploits into full system access on its own, a capability threshold no earlier public OpenAI model has crossed.
Safer by the metrics, harder to monitor: Astra took an exploitable honeypot bait 0% of the time versus 55% for its predecessor, but researchers found it more prone to concealing its own reasoning during complex tasks.

OpenAI Launches ChatGPT Images 2.5: OpenAI released ChatGPT Images 2.5 and two new API models, GPT-Image-2.5 Flare and Sunburst, promising sharper detail, more reliable multi-turn editing, and up to 50% lower generation latency than Images 2.0. A new "Sketch" feature lets users draw a rough layout for the model to complete, and shared images can now carry the prompt that created them. Meta's Muse Agent Can Email, Shop, and Book Travel for You: Meta rolled out Muse, an AI assistant that can autonomously send emails, sell a car, or book travel by connecting to a user's apps, despite internal tests showing it mismanages sensitive data. Modeled on the open-source OpenClaw agent, Muse runs on its own cloud virtual machine per user. Meta employees reported it repeatedly logging users out and stumbling on real-world tasks during testing. It launched in the U.S. via a dedicated app and WhatsApp. Source: Reuters

Online course creators pour months into one English-language course, then watch most of the non-English-speaking internet scroll straight past it. Global demand for online learning keeps climbing, but almost no solo creator localizes their content, because hiring translators and voice talent used to cost thousands. AI collapses that cost: today you can adapt a course into a new language and market, and charge 300-900 per course.
Why this works right now:
Course creators are multiplying faster than translators can keep up: thousands of new Udemy, Kajabi, and Teachable courses launch every month, and almost none of them ship in more than one language, leaving a large non-English audience untouched.
AI has made accurate, natural-sounding localization fast and cheap: tools like DeepL and ElevenLabs can translate scripts and re-voice videos in hours instead of the weeks a traditional localization agency needed, so you can profitably charge per course instead of per word.

🤖 Chinese Hackers Found Their AI Side Gig: Google says China-linked hackers are running local AI models inside cloud systems they already compromised.
Apparently stealing the network wasn’t enough; now they’re borrowing the victim’s GPU bill. The setup helps them dodge commercial AI monitoring using the victim’s own computing power. They didn’t just break into the house they moved in and trained a model.

🤖 An Anthropic Researcher Quits Over "Out-of-Control" AI Fears: Anthropic researcher Jacob Coxon quit, warning that AI labs are racing toward systems humans may not control. Comforting when the people building tomorrow’s brain start quietly backing away from the workbench. He says advanced AI could threaten humanity before the decade ends. Nothing says responsible innovation like the engineer leaving before the machine learns where the exits are.
